After retiring from the United States Air Force in 2007, Mr. Nelson joined the PWSD No. 3 team as our financial expert.

Angie Sanders - District/Project Clerk
Ms. Sanders was hired in 2006 to create required plans. After a brief intermission, Ms. Sanders returned to the water district in 2009. Ms. Sanders is our mapping and project specialist.

Scott Meyer

Mr. Meyer has been with the District since 2018. He is a dedicated, hard working individual. Mr. Meyer has enjoyed learning the operations of our wastewater treatment plant.
PWSD No. 3 was the recipient of the 2019 Water System of the Year award and the 2016 Newsletter of the Year award by Missouri Rural Water Association.
William Reynolds

Water Systems Operations Specialist - Journeyman
Mr. Reynolds has been with the District for the past 12 years. Since being hired he continues to prove himself as a very valuable team leader. Mr. Reynolds recently completed his MRWA Apprenticeship Program to become a licensed Journeyman.
Ryan Kincaid
Mr. Ryan Kincaid began his career as a water / wastewater operator in March 2022. Since being hired, Mr. Kincaid has become an essential part of our water main installation team.
Zane Kincaid
Mr. Zane Kincaid has been with the District since August 2022 and is quickly learning our water distribution system. Mr. Zane Kincaid is young and we look forward to watching him grow his career as a water / wastewater operator.
Randall Page
Mr. Randall Page is our newest water / wastewater technician. Even though Mr. Page is new to the water / wastewater industry he still brings a large amount of valuable knowledge and experience. Mr. Page has been a great addition to the PWSD No. 3 team.

David Streeter
Before joining PWSD No. 3 in 2006 Mr. Streeter had 25 years of experience in the Water and Wastewater industry. Since being hired, Mr. Streeter has contributed to a significant amount of growth for the District.
